Jay-Z & Lil Wayne collaboration is big but not as big as THE PREDALIEN!

MTV spoke with Jay-Z on Wednesday as he confirmed that he and Lil Wayne collaborated on a track that will be on his "American Gangster" album called "Hello Brooklyn." This is very exciting news as two great hip-hop artists who once had beef with each other are now working together. This is a very similar situation to what the Predator and Alien have been going through. And now to introduce their latest collaboration….the mother fuc*in’ PREDALIEN.

After one too many Patron shots in TJ, a drunk Alien and Predator hooked up at the local Motel 6 and made little Predalien shown here. Naturally he did not get along too well with the other kindergarteners. Ok I really have no idea how the Predalien was formed but it is featured in the new Alien vs. Predator Requiem which comes out this Christmas and looks totally bad ass. In case you haven’t figured it out, there was no purpose for me to talk about Jay-Z and Wayne. It was just an excuse to share THE PREDALIEN!. Which is a better name than THE ALIENATOR.

50 vs. Kanye Album Sales: The Official FINAL Numbers are in…Kanye is King

Last time we gave you expected album sales. Now it’s final. Everyone pretty much knew Kanye was going to outsell 50 this week but to what degree we did not know. Now we do…and it was a landslide. According to Hits Daily Double which gets its up-to-the-minute official tracking from Nielsen and Billboard, the week numbers are as follows:

Kanye West (Graduation) -  930,251 units
50 Cent (Curtis) – 659,682 units
Kenny Chesney (Just Who I Am) – 400,202 units

So the showdown is over. And just like this past Sunday’s Patriots vs. Chargers game…it really was never a showdown…just complete dominance by one side. We can now all return to our regularly scheduled hip-hop news lives filled with 50 Cent saying someone is going to be in G-Unit, Lil Kim getting arrested again, and R. Kelly peeing on more unsuspecting females.

Soulja Boy and Sean Kingston to team up for new song

Is that Puffy Paint on his glasses? Soulja Boy, the 16 year old who brought you that dang Superman Dance and one of the most repetitive and annoying songs of the year "Crank Dat", will be teaming up with Sean Kingston to create a song that will go down in the annals of history as THE most annoying song of all time. Right up there with "The Chicken Dance", "The Macarena" and Snow’s "Informer." (source)

Anyways, Soulja Boy releases his new (and probably only) album on October 2nd. It is kinda cool that he got famous from MySpace. He should do a duet with YouTube sensation (and super freak) Tay Zonday. I leave you all with this picture of him…

Master P apologizes to middle school students for putting out really bad music

Master P apologized to a group of students at Monroe Middle School in North Carolina for putting out really bad music in the past. He meant "bad music" in terms of its misogynistic and violent lyrics…but he really should apologize for just putting out bad music in general. Well his old school stuff like "Ghetto D" was good.

Master P then ended his speech by saying "If the principal tells me y’all have a good year," he said to screams and cheers, "I’m going to bring Romeo back to do a concert." The kids then immediately stopped cheering and devised plans to ditch school every day….all in hopes that they have a "bad" year and won’t have to sit through a Romeo concert. (source)

Breaking News: 50 Cent shows facial expressions beyond grinning

He’s sad. When I say he’s sad I don’t mean he’s sad like in pathetic…I mean he’s really sad. Much like how I was sad when they killed off Shannon from "Lost" or when they decided to stop making the Hyundai Elantra. In a CNN interview today, 50 briefly speaks about how the 50 vs. Kanye thing was all a formulated marketing ploy (that worked) and that he really has no more motivation to make another record. Perhaps he wouldn’t have been in such a somber mood if he outsold Kanye.

After watching this interview I kind of wanted to cry. I’m so used to hyped up 50 Cent, with his grinny smile and bullet proof vest that brought sunshine to my life each and every day…every minute. Now, seeing the hurt and pain that 50 is going through makes me want to turn female, get fat, and live in an apartment by myself with 10 cats. Watch the interview and see if you get the same reaction. If you are not sad then you have no soul…and are probably a terrorist, or an "Other".

Eminem still alive…still regrets being called B. Rabbit

50 Cent: "Dayam we got a C- brother? But we studied ALL night!"
Eminem: "Yea but you know, Bio Chem can be quite challenging. OH man I can’t believe we got this answer wrong! Of course the answer is a hydrolase enzyme and not iron-sulfur proteins."

Aside from studying Bio chemistry in his spare time, Eminem has been busy working in the studio on his new album and Slim Shady Records projects. According to his interview on HOT 97 yesterday, Em said his new album was "in limbo" and "debating" if he should even release it or not.

It would be a shame if Eminem didn’t put another album out. Hip-hop needs more than the Soulja Boy dance and the fat kid singing "Beautiful Girls." (source)

50 vs. Kanye: Album sales results are FINALLY in

Finally. Just like the MTV VMA’s we can finally put this over-publicized event to rest. Kanye will be #1 on the Billboard Charts next week with over 800K in album sales. According to music industry site/magazine Hits Daily Double, the Billboard charts will shake out like this:

1. Kanye West – Graduation (800K+ sales)
2. Fifty Cent – Curtis (600K sales)
3. Kenny Chesney – Just Who I Am (450K sales)

All the fake feuding, publicity, whining and screaming like a little b!tch has worked for Kanye. His album sales are on track to be the largest in two years. In fact, it would be the biggest sales debut since West’s last album Late Registration bowed in August 2005 with 860k. Regardless, these sales are strong for both 50 and Kanye…this gives us hope that not just high school kids singing about ponies, rainbows and ice cream can sell records. (source)

Nicole from The Pussy Cat Dolls could have been Fergie

Reports have come out that Will I Am first offered Nicole the female member role of The Black Eyed Peas before Fergie. But since Nicole was under contract for the SMASH-HIT group Eden’s Crush she could not join. This left Will I Am no choice but to find an 80 year old man trapped in a hot woman’s body…AKA Fergie.

I don’t know how to feel about this news. Nicole is WAY hotter, doesn’t pee on herself in concert, looks like a thin version of Kim Kardashian if you squint and can sing and dance…but Fergie’s name is much easier to say. Plus there is something fascinating about watching a woman with the face of my Grandpa Chester sing and dance around with the Black Eyed Peas. (source)
