Jay-Z to represent New Jersey Nets at NBA Lottery

Jay-Z, part owner of the New Jersey Nets will represent the Nets at the NBA Draft Lottery today. “This is very exciting and I hope my nickname “Lucky Lefty” holds up,” Jay said in a statement. Jay-Z’s lucky name is Lucky Lefty? I’m not sure if I want to know why unless it involves Beyonce, Rihanna or Chicken Mc Nuggets. Jay has also previously openly stated his desire to bring the Nets to Brooklyn.

Jay-Z to model in Fendi campaign

According to Dr.Jays, Jay-Z was recently seen with Fendi head Karl Lagerfeld at a New York Fendi photo shoot. But Jay wasn’t there to watch the shoot…he WAS the shoot. Apparently Jay-Z will be actually be a model for Fendi’s upcoming marketing campaign. I bet Beyonce is mad jealous. No word yet when the campaign will launch.

Two international beat makers, Union Beats of Switzerland and the German production team Beatgees have teamed together to release an exclusive Jay-Z "Blue Magic" remix and t-shirt. Half of the tracks are remixed by Union Beats and the other half by the Beatgees. The t-shirt and music are packaged together like kilos of crack. Check out a pic of it after the jump.

Kanye & Reebok team up for limited edition sneakers

Reebok’s S. Carter sneaker line has teamed up with Kanye West for the new limited edition S. Carter CL Low "Kanye West" sneaker. Available in four colors with some featuring suede uppers, the CL Low features Kanye’s signature Kanye Bear insignia on the side heel of each sneaker. Check out the rest of the colors after the jump. Dame Dash is pulling out all the stops to generate traffic for his Block Savvy website. Against Jay-Z’s wishes, last fall Dame released covers to Jay’s classic "Reasonable Doubt" album exclusive through Block Savvy. Now Dame is releasing a 10-part internet TV series called "Roc-A-Fella Family" which chronicles The R-O-C at its peak during the early days when Jay, Dame, Beanie, Freeway and the rest were all best of buds. The strangest Jay-Z t-shirt ever

This has to be one of the most disturbing t-shirts I have ever seen. More disturbing than Hyper Color t-shirts or when Mexican Ponchos were "in." Street wear designers For The Homies have recently released the "Sailor Jay" t-shirt that will be available in stores world-wide. What stores I don’t know. But you can also pick it up here at Yesdiggity.com. This shirt is just wrong to look at…on so many levels. Jay-Z in a sailor suit is not a good look.
