Trailer to Ice Cube’s new movie “The Longshots”
WoooHah has been covering Ice Cube’s next movie The Longshots (previously The Comebacks) for a bit now. The fascinating thing about this movie is not that it’s based on a true story or that Cube plays a Pop Warner football coach. No. The fascinating thing is that this movie is directed by Limp Bizkit front man Fred Durst. Check out the brand new trailer here. Movie also stars KeKe Palmer and David Banner.

Tyrese rumored as B.A. Baracus in “The A-Team”

In a recent interview, Tyrese revealed that he is in talks with director John Singleton to play the role of B.A. Baracus in the upcoming The A-Team movie. This comes as a surprise since Ice Cube was rumored to be the leading candidate for months. However, Tyrese states that B.A. is "going to be a little
different. We might keep the Mohawk, but we’re not going into no forty
thousand chains. We’re going to 2009 Mr. BA." The plot is also set in present day which leads me to believe this movie will be very loosely based on The A-Team TV show using only the show name and character names and little background from the actual show. Think Miami Vice the movie on this one.
What you think? Tyrese as B.A. or Ice Cube?

The rumors have been going around since last December that John Singleton was in final talks to direct a present-day A-Team move. Now it is finally confirmed as The A-Team is scheduled for a June 12, 2009 release and will be directed by Singleton. Ice Cube has gone on record numerous times that he would love to play BA Baracus, but Singleton has insisted that there is no official casting yet and that all alternatives will be exhausted in making future cast decisions.
What you think? Is Cube right for the role or is there someone better fit to play the infamous BA Baracus?
